Agreement and Privacy Policy
INTRODUCTION
Each new client I work with is a welcome addition.  In order to foster our best in this professional relationship, it is important that we share the same understanding about how we will work together.  Please read the following information below as it will be helpful to go over before our consultation. This information can also be found in the Organizer/Client Agreement that you will be provided with prior to our first session.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The services provided by Marianne Schwenz, (the Organizer - The CleanUp Coach, LLC) include organizating the areas of the home decided by you (Client).

SCHEDULE & FEES FOR SERVICES
During the initial consultation, we will determine the start date, session length and schedule of our sessions.
  • The initial (20 minute) phone consultation will be provided at no cost to the client.
  • Package fees are payable in advance for the number of hours discussed.
  • Reimbursement of fees paid in advance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Payments should be made by personal check made out to Marianne Schwenz or via PayPal to [email protected] unless otherwise arranged.  (There will be a $35 fee for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.  Future payments will have to be made by cash or PayPal.)
  • When sessions noted above have been completed, the client and organizer will renegotiate additional needs, rates and packages.
  • ​The organizer will end the session 10 minutes early to collect fees and discuss homework/plan for  the client/organizers next session.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The conversations that we have within our organizing sessions are confidential and will be protected as such.  
Marianne Schwenz (The CleanUp Coach, LLC) will keep a confidential record of your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and number of service hours for tax purposes only.

ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make scheduled calls and appointments on time.
  • Commit to the principles of accountability, honesty and respect.
  • Come to the session present and ready to participate in the organization process.
  • Respect the Client’s willingness to be truthful and keep all information strictly confidential
  • Follow NAPO Code of Ethics.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be willing to assist the organizer in making decisions throughout the organizing process.
  • Make payments on time as agreed upon.

CANCELLATIONS 
Both the organizer and client agree to inform one another with a 24 hour cancellation notice via (phone or email) if at all possible. If a client or the organizer is unable to provide 24 Hours notice, they will be subject to a pre-determined fee. If the organizer is a “No-Call / No-Show” the session/appointment fee will be refunded and the next session/appointment (of equivalent length) will be free. If the client is a “No-Call / No-Show” there will be no refund for the missed time.  I do understand that we are all humans with real lives and emergencies do happen.  Emergency situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
